Vassilenas menu 2010 – 2016


The menu we propose from Wednesday, July 27, until Saturday, July 30, will afford diners the opportunity to sample a selection of our most prized star dishes from the last five years, during which period our restaurant has year-after-year won culinary awards.

The cuisine, menus and ethos of Greek gastronomy have evolved over the past five years, and Vasilenas has participated in this evolution through an emphasis on integrating wine into the gastronomic experience, thanks to the vital contributions of our wine experts and the unconditional support of Constantinos Lazarakis.

Vasilenas Wine Nights are now an institution, and Grigoris Michailos has, in recent years, “enlightened and highlighted” well-known and lesser-known aspects of Greek and international vineyards.

This week, we will try a selection of summer dishes, and recommend that you accompany them either with an aromatic Malagouzia or with the predominantly summer option, a chilled rosé, at a 30% discount.
